    Hi BAI_Forms,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your request to receive all submissions in a single PDF email using the Fill Again action button or to get submissions in Excel every two hours while continuing with previous ones, here’s what you can do:

Currently, the Fill Again button allows users to submit the form again quickly, but it does not have a built-in feature to compile all submissions into a single PDF email automatically.

However, you can achieve your goal by using these methods:

    • Set up email notifications with PDF attachments: You can configure email notifications to send each submission as a PDF attachment to your email.
    • Use Jotform Tables to export submissions: You can export all submissions to Excel manually or use integrations to automate exporting.
    • Automate submission exports every two hours: Use Jotform's integration with third-party automation tools (like Zapier or Integromat) to schedule exports of submission data in Excel format periodically.

Let me know if you want detailed steps on setting up any of these options or if you want assistance with automation tools.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi BAI_Forms,

To automate submission exports every two hours and send them via email, you can use Jotform's integration with third-party automation tools like Zapier or Integromat. These tools allow you to schedule exports of your form submissions in Excel format and send them to your email automatically at your desired interval.

Additionally, Jotform offers a Reminder Email feature that lets you schedule emails to notify users to fill out your form on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, but it does not directly export submissions every two hours.

For your specific need, setting up an automation workflow with Zapier or Integromat to export submissions and email them every two hours would be the best approach.

If you want, I can guide you through setting up such automation.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi BAI_Forms,

Let me help you with setting up automation to export submissions every two hours and send them via email using Zapier:

Step 1: Create a Zapier account
Go to Zapier and sign up or log in if you already have an account.

Step 2: Connect Jotform to Zapier
In Zapier, create a new Zap and select Jotform as the trigger app. Choose the trigger event like "New Submission".

Step 3: Set up the trigger
Connect your Jotform account and select the form you want to automate.

Step 4: Add a filter or schedule
Use Zapier's Schedule feature to run the Zap every two hours or add filters to control which submissions to include.

    Step 5: Export submissions
Add an action step to export the submission data. You can use Google Sheets or Excel integration to collect submissions.

    Step 6: Send email
Add an email action to send the collected submissions as an attachment or in the email body to your desired email address.

This setup will automate exporting and emailing submissions every two hours.

If you want, I can provide more detailed instructions or help with specific steps.

    Hi BAI_Forms,

Jotform doesn’t currently offer a direct feature to automatically send all submissions in a single Excel file on a schedule. The Fill Again button only reloads the form and won’t consolidate submissions. We do have the option to integrate your form with Excel through Zapier, but keep in mind that this approach requires additional setup and configuration. It’s not a one-click solution, and you’d still need to design the workflow in Zapier to send scheduled emails. You can easily Integrate Your Form With Excel Using Zapier. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on the Integrations tab.

    3. Then, search for Excel and click on it.

    4. Now, click on Connect to Zapier, and in the window that opens, log in to your Zapier Account and click on Continue.

    5. On the next page, click on Authorize.

    6. Select the Zapier Template you want to use and click Use This Zap. That’ll open the Configure Your Zap window, where you can set up and configure your Zap.

You can check out our guide on How to Use Zapier with Jotform for more information. Although you can connect your form with Excel through Zapier, but the additional configuration for scheduling and automated emailing would need to be handled entirely in Zapier, as it’s outside Jotform’s scope.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
