    I need to access my account and the email associated is not allowing access. How can I change the email address associated with account:

    I understand you're having trouble accessing your account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer account to another Jotform user or merge accounts, however, if you change the email address of the account, the ownership will belong to the new email address alongside the submission data. The old email address will not be able to access assets and data of the account. You can follow the steps outlined here on how to https://www.jotform.com/help/41-how-to-change-the-email-address-associated-with-your-account/">change your account email.

    If this isn't what you're looking for, you can also https://www.jotform.com/help/347-how-to-transfer-ownership-of-forms">transfer forms to another account with the submission data.

    I see a "Recover Your Jotform Account" option available; perhaps that will help you regain access.

    Hi Lachell,

    Thanks for using Jotform. If you can’t log in to your account or aren’t sure about your password, you can reset your Jotform account password. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
