Hello Jotform Support,
I’m using Jotform for internal school purposes (teachers and staff submit forms). Every time a form is submitted, a CAPTCHA pops up before submission, even though I have not added a Captcha widget. This is causing delays and confusion for staff.
Since my forms are used in a secure, closed environment and not open to the public, I kindly request that you disable the forced CAPTCHA/security check on my account/forms.
My account email is: helpdesk@dubaischools-albarsha.ae
Thank you for your support!

Hi DSB,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the CAPTCHA popup on your forms, Jotform automatically adds an anti-spam CAPTCHA to forms on Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans to protect against spam submissions. Unfortunately, this automatic CAPTCHA cannot be disabled entirely for security reasons.
However, you can manually add a CAPTCHA widget to your form if you want to customize the spam protection experience. If the automatic CAPTCHA is causing delays, you might consider reviewing your form settings or plan options.
If you need detailed steps on how to manage CAPTCHA settings or add a CAPTCHA widget manually, please let me know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi DSB_Helpdesk,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you’re seeing a CAPTCHA when submitting your forms. This usually happens when our anti-spam system detects multiple submissions coming from the same IP address in a short period of time. To reduce spam, the system automatically adds a CAPTCHA step.
To work around this, you can wait for about 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again, refresh your internet connection, or try using a different IP address. Another option is to whitelist your account so that the CAPTCHA won’t appear, but please note that this feature is only available for paid plan users.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
