Disconnecting Instagram from AI Agent

i want to delink mu instagram account with your platform and stop the automated messages on my account .

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like the AI Agent you previously connected to your Instagram account is linked to your deleted Jotform account. Note that deleted accounts stay in our system for up to 30 days before being permanently removed. I've gone ahead and reactivated your account. Now, you need to delete and purge the AI Agent connected that is still connected to your Instagram account. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top of the page.

2. In the Dropdown menu, uncheck the box next to Select All, then put a check in the box next to AI Agents, so only they’ll be shown on the page.

3. Select the form and click on Move To Trash at the top of the page.

4. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Delete Agent.

5. Next, go to the Trash in the menu on the bottom left side of the page.

6. Select the deleted AI Agent.

7. Click on Purge on the right side of the selected AI Agent.

8. Finally, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Confirm. That's it.
