Inbox: How to have the Archive Tab enabled on the Inbox all the time?

    Hello,

    I notice Jotform view setting has changed again.

    When going to inbox, there used to be 3 tabs at the top: inbox, waiting for me, and archive tab.

    However, since last week only 2 tabs there (inbox, waiting for me), the archive tab has gone. To see archive tab we need to click on 3 dots at the right to unhide it.

    When we log out jotform and login again, the archive tab is hidden again.

    Please let us know how to keep the archive tab always there even after we logout.

    Regarding your question about keeping the Archive tab always visible in Jotform Inbox even after logging out, currently, the Archive tab is hidden by default after logout and you need to unhide it manually by clicking the three dots. There is no built-in setting to keep the Archive tab permanently visible across sessions.

    You can access archived submissions anytime by clicking the Document icon at the top-right in Inbox and selecting Archive. To manage archived submissions, you can move them back to Inbox if needed.

    Hello,

    The archive tab used to be visible all the time.

    But starting last week, it has been hidden. It could be that Jotform changed/upgrade the overall setting.

    Is it possible to return to the previous setting that Archive tab is always visible?

    By putting the submissions back to Inbox is not solution for us because we want to differentiate which submissions has been recorded in our internal system.

    Hope Jotform can put the Archive tab visible just as before the upgrade.

    Hello Lisa,

    I checked this tab in the Inbox and when I opened it for the first time, only the Inbox appeared as well. I have enabled the other tabs and then log out and log back in on the same browser, and the Archive and Trash tabs still appears. But when I opened it on another browser, I only see the Inbox as well. The default tab is the Inbox and the other 2 tabs only appear when opened on the same browser but not on another browser or device.

    Currently, this behavior is due to the reason that when an Inbox is initially opened, Trash and Archive tab isn't necessary. But once opened, this currently stay on the browser as long as it's the same browser you are using. We suggest that you use the same browser to have this visible. Otherwise, this will not be available if on another browser or device.

    I always use the same browser which is google chrome.

    I login, went to inbox and unhide the archive tab and logout. Then I went login again using the same browser and the Archive tab is back to hidden.

    While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.     It should be an easy fix for the developer because in the past the archive tab was always visible. It has been hidden I think since last week or so.
