For example, when I copy my jotform link to facebook to post, it previews the jotform website but it kind of looks like a survey or random website
is there a way to change the image to one of my choosing?

Hi Gab,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your question about changing the image preview when sharing your Jotform link on Facebook, you can customize the preview image by adding a logo or image to your form that meets Facebook's Open Graph protocol requirements.
Here’s how to do it:
- Prepare an image that fits Facebook's recommended size of at least 1200 x 630 pixels with a 1.91:1 ratio, and ensure it's in JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF format under 8 MB.
- Upload the image to your form by going to the Form Builder and clicking Add Logo at the top. This image will be used as the preview when sharing the form.
- Share your form on Facebook by going to the Publish tab, clicking Quick Share, selecting Facebook, and posting your form. You may need to log in to your Facebook account if prompted.
If you still see the default Jotform preview image, try clearing your browser cache and ensure your image meets the size and format requirements.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
