Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with integrating Mailchimp with your Jotform form. Here’s how to do it:
Go to the Form Builder and navigate to the Settings tab at the top middle of the page.
Select Integrations on the left panel.
Search for Mailchimp and click it from the list.
Click the Authenticate button to connect your Mailchimp account and allow permissions when asked. If you have previously authenticated accounts, choose the account to use, then click Add Action.
Set up the integration: Select the Mailchimp list or audience you want to use, and map your Mailchimp form fields to your Jotform form fields. You can add more fields by clicking Add Field.
Configure Tags: Choose either Static Tagging (select existing tags) or Dynamic Tagging (create tags based on form answers).
Adjust additional options: User Consent, Email Consent (send opt-in email), Advanced Settings (update existing contact), and Marketing Permissions for GDPR compliance.
Click Save to complete the integration.
After saving, you can manage your integration actions, see logs, rename, disable, or delete the integration as needed.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi SAP,
Regarding your issue with the Mailchimp list not appearing and showing "no results found," here are some steps to try:
Make sure you have authenticated your Mailchimp account correctly in the integration settings by clicking the Authenticate button and allowing permissions.
Verify that your Mailchimp account has active lists/audiences available. Only active lists will show up in Jotform.
Check your Mailchimp account permissions to ensure the API key or connected account has access to the lists.
Try logging out and reconnecting the Mailchimp integration in Jotform to refresh the connection.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser to rule out any caching issues.
If the problem persists, you may want to check Mailchimp's settings or contact their support to ensure your lists are properly configured and accessible via API.

Hi InfoInfo583,
You can easily integrate your Jotform with Mailchimp. Let me show you how:
1. In the Form Builder, navigate to the Settings tab at the top middle of the page.
2. Select Integrations on the left panel.
3. Navigate to the search bar, type Mailchimp, and then select it from the list of results.
4. Click the Authenticate button to connect your Mailchimp account. Allow permissions when asked.
5. Now, set up the Select a List and Match Your Fields section.
6. Then, set up the Tags. You can choose either Static Tagging or Dynamic Tagging.
For Static Tagging:
For Dynamic Tagging:
7. Once you're done with the last section, click on Save to complete the integration.
After clicking 'Authenticate' I receive 'No Results Found' under that tab.
Why is this? How do I find the mailchimp list I require to add to?

Hi InfoInfo583,
After clicking Authenticate, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Mailchimp account if you’re not already logged in. If you’re already logged in and nothing appears, try repeating the process in a different browser or using private/incognito mode. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may also help resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Here are the two pages - after authenticating, it shows this under lists.
I tried a new browser - the problem persisted.
How do I clear cache?

Hi InfoInfo583,
Since the integration still isn’t pulling up your Mailchimp list, let’s double-check two things:
Audience setup: In Mailchimp, Jotform can only connect to active Audiences. If the Audience you want to use was archived or deleted, it won’t show in Jotform. You can check this in your Mailchimp dashboard under Audience → All contacts.
Mailchimp plan limits: On a Free Mailchimp account, you’re limited to just one Audience. If that Audience was removed or archived, Jotform won’t be able to fetch anything until you create a new one. If you’re on a paid plan, make sure at least one Audience is active.
Can you confirm whether you currently have an active Audience set up in your Mailchimp account? Once that’s in place, the list should appear in Jotform when you reconnect the integration.
Keep us posted if you run into anything else.

My audience is live. I'm on a paid mailchimp plan, and this is my only audience on this account.
I tried integrating with another forms software, and my audience list was available on this other program, so there is something else going on here with Jotform it would appear.

Hi InfoInfo583,
Before we escalate this for further checking, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.
When we hear back from you, we’ll be ready to move forward.
I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi InfoInfo583,
Can you please try to integrate your form with Mailchimp again? This time, in the authentication screen, click on Use another account, then enter your email and password instead of directly selecting an email and clicking on Authenticate.
Can you give it a try and see how it goes? Let us know if you run into the same issue again.

I'm now having issues with my mailchimp gaining the email accordingly after the integration was completed. It says under 'Action Logs' that the attempt has 'failed.'
I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.

Any idea when I can expect a response? Was hoping this would be an easier task, integrating between Jot Form and Mailchimp, but I may need to find an alternate route as this is wasting a lot of time. Thanks.
