if Q1 - You are on site and your work mate or supervisor asks you to go and tell another work mate that he doesn’t have to wear earmuffs when working near loud machinery, what do you do?
Answers
a - Go and tell the work mate about not having to wear earmuffs
b - Tell the supervisor that this is not appropriate
c - Give the workmate a cotton bud
and b = correct, if not correct say "Not Correct" and aske question again until correct.
can this be done via conditions?
the link to the form below the questions are towards the end.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set up a Show/Hide Field condition here. But I suggest hiding all the other questions first and showing if the answer to the current question is correct. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the left and right buttons of your mouse and select Manage Multiple Fields.
- Select the fields that you will hide and click on Hide on the upper right side of the page.
Let's now set up the Show/Hide Field condition:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window and select Show/Hide Field.
- Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page.
- Set up another Show/Hide Field condition like the one below:
Here's the result:
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Andrew,
I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
