i need to make two dynamic radio button that depends their input based in the input of the other, for example if the customer select the option A in radio button 1, then radio button B has to be filled with the option "OTHER", and the same in the other way.

Hi Arlette,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you working on the Clone of - Agenda de Hora Principal - form? If yes, I checked your form and can see that a few conditions were set. Can you let me know a bit more about what you’re trying to do or what specific option should be selected and field should be filled?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hello Christine,
Yes, that is the form.
What I want to do is when i check the radio button "Humanos" the option "otros" has to be selected in the radio button "Animales", also in the other way. I have already done this but, when I first load the form, the first time that I select one option, it does not work, and i have to click twice in the option to be selected.

Hi Arlette,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same thing. When I looked at your form, I saw that the conditions below are conflicting with each other:
With the current condition, if the Animales and Humanos fields are filled regardless of the option selected, the Otros option will be selected. This is the reason you have to click on the option twice. If the Otros option should only be selected on Animales field if the Otros is selected in Humanes field, you can copy the condition below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Arlette,
The issue you're experiencing, where selecting, Humanos in one radio button should automatically select, Otros in the other and vice versa, but requires clicking twice, is typically caused by conflicting or overlapping conditions in your form's logic. To achieve the behavior you want, you need to set up conditional logic that explicitly states:
- If, Animales is different from Otro, then, Humanos should be set to, Otro.
- If, Humanos is different from Otro, then, Animales should be set to Otro.
Make sure these conditions do not conflict or override each other. Avoid broad conditions that trigger when any option is selected, as this can cause the double-click issue. Create a new condition for the first radio button. Set it to update the second radio button’s value to, Otro, only when the first radio button’s value is not Otro. See the screenshot below:
Then create a reciprocal condition for the second radio button to update the first radio button’s value to, Otro, only when the second radio button’s value is not, Otro. See the screenshot below:
This approach ensures that the radio buttons dynamically update each other based on your specific logic without conflicting conditions.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Arlette,
I cloned and tested your form, but I could not replicate the issue anymore. The Conditions to the Radio option button is working as expected. See the screencast below for reference:
Could you give another try? If issue persist, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

But in the same video that you show, the radio buttons acts wierd, for example when you click in the "Limpieza Energetica" option it doesn't get selected, So this solution it doesn't solve the issue.

Hi Arlette,
A screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
