I’m trying to change the email on my active Jotform account from forestgrovepac@gmail.com to fg.pac.treasurer@gmail.com. I previously deleted the account associated with the latter email, and it now shows as "DELETED" when I try to log in.
However, I’m unable to reuse the email on my current account.
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleted accounts will take at least 30 days for the email to be released. What we can do now is to reinstate the deleted account, you can log in to it and update the email to something else. Once the email is released, you can now use it on your current account.

Hi Nicole,
I’ve gone ahead and reinstated the deleted account. You can now log in to it and change the email address. Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the window that opens, click on your name.
3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.
4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save.
5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.
