You have sent an email that this problem has been solved. but no it hasnt. i would really like to speak to a support person instead of an artificial person. i need to have this complain fixes please.
the Rotary club of Wagga sunrise is the business which im sure if you go back you will see many entries trying to fix the problem.

ok lets try tp get this right this time.
the Rotary Club of Wagga Wagga Sunrise joined the free jotform - wanting an application form to become a market vendor. i misread the information as i thought it said we could have 100 forms sent in and as we only have one market a year I thought it was fine. On speaking to a real person i was informed that no, it was only 10 forms a month and we had reached our quota, of course.
So, we applied and were granted a discount as we are a non for profit club and we thus signed up for a bronze package and paid for it. when vendors apply they still get the message that we are full. I imagine that I maybe need to do a new form but how do I go about that as I would need jotorm to recognise that we are now a bronze member.
please help as I can imagine the frustration of vendors as I know I am frustrated that no answer to this same enquiry has been given.

that is my email as well. i have a rotary email because I am one of the Directors and i have my personal email which I have inadvertently used to pay. thank you - I will make a new form and send it out.
or, is there a way to change the name of the bronze account to the Rotary One?

What we can do is transfer the paid subscription to this account. You will just need to log in to the e********w*****@b*****d.**m account, then request the transfer from there.
