WhatsApp API: Ability to send messages to contact numbers provided

We have meta approve Whatsapp business account and we want one of our jot form linked with that in such a way that when someone fill the form and provide the contact number after submission of form, an automatic whatsapp message goes to that number from our whatsapp business account
