Unable to See or Edit My Forms, but Links Are Still Active

I urgently need assistance with my account. Many of my forms are missing from my dashboard, and I am unable to view, edit, or access their submissions. However, the public links to these forms are still active, and people are continuing to submit responses successfully.

Here are the details of the issue:

    • Forms I organized into folders/categories are no longer visible.
    • When I select “All” forms, I can see some forms, but not the ones that were placed in folders.
    • The missing forms are still active via their share links, which confirms they have not been deleted.
    • Because I cannot access them in my dashboard, I am unable to monitor new submissions, retrieve existing submissions, or make edits.

This issue is critical for my workflow and I kindly request that it be escalated with urgency. Please confirm that none of my data is lost and help restore visibility and access to all forms and their submissions.

Thank you very much for your quick help.

    Hi Bean,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your issue with missing forms in folders but still active via public links, it seems the forms are not deleted but may be hidden or misplaced in your workspace. Here’s how you can check and possibly restore access:

    1. Check the Trash folder: Sometimes forms accidentally get deleted and moved to Trash. On your My Workspace page, click the Trash tab on the bottom-left, filter by Forms, and see if the missing forms are there. If found, restore them.
    2. Verify folder visibility: Forms inside folders should appear when you select those folders. If folders show empty, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in to refresh your dashboard.
    3. Access all forms: Under the All forms view, you should see all forms regardless of folders. If some forms are missing there, they might be deleted or assigned differently.

If none of these steps help, it’s important to confirm that your data is safe and the forms are still active, which your public links confirm. Your submissions should also remain intact unless deleted.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

To clarify, the missing forms were not archived and not deleted from my account. I only organized them into folders, but now they do not appear anywhere in my dashboard or under “All Forms.” Since the public links are still live, I am certain the forms and data still exist — they are just not accessible to me and my team.

    Hi Bean,

Thank you for the clarification. Since the missing forms are not deleted or archived and are not visible under "All Forms" or in folders, this issue likely requires further investigation by our support team.

One of our team members has now taken over this thread and will assist you directly to restore access and ensure your data is safe.

    We appreciate your patience.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Bean,

I checked your account and found this form you sent as a screenshot. You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, refreshing your page, or try accessing the account using another browser or device. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.

You can also try to check on this part, by selecting the type you want to access on your My Workspace so it will show in case its checkbox was unticked. Let me show you how:

    1. In your My Workspace page, click on Type dropdown on the upper right side of the page.

    2. Tick the Forms checkbox.

Where did my forms move to? Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 31 Screenshot 10

Reach out to us if you need any more help.
