We are not getting the option to download a specific file type. When we select "Download all" it downloads automatically as a .csv file. Why is this happening?

May we know if you're logged to your account when trying to download the submission data or are you using the a shared table?
Please try to login back to your account and try to download your submission data again.
If the issue persists, kindly share the Form URL with the issue.
