We would like to use Jotform Agent to provide customer service to our supporters and for knowledge management for our internal staff. We also use Google Workspace.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform offers AI Agents designed to automate routine tasks such as answering frequently asked questions, scheduling appointments, qualifying leads, supporting customers, onboarding new hires, and more. These AI Agents operate autonomously and can integrate with various communication platforms, providing real-time, friendly assistance.
For knowledge management, these AI Agents can serve as a resource to provide instant answers to your internal staff, streamlining information access and support. You can train your AI Agent to understand your business even better by adding specific details about your products, services, and processes. Adding information to your AI Agent's Knowledge Base is easy. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
2. Now, click on Add New Knowledge.
Note: If you’ve already added knowledge to your agent, click on Add New Knowledge to open the knowledge-adding options.
3. Enter accurate details your AI Agent can use to provide the best responses. This includes your Company Overview, Product features, Pricing, Policies, FAQs, and any other key information customers may ask about.
4. Now, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you're all set.
Since you also use Google Workspace, you can integrate Jotform workflows with Google tools to enhance collaboration and data management, though specific integration details would depend on your setup. For example, you can easily integrate your AI Agent with Google Drive. Let me show you how:
1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
2. Click on Tools in the menu on the left.
3. Then, search for Google Drive and click on Send to Google Drive.
4. Enter the instructions for your AI agent. Then in the Integrate with Google Drive section, click on Connect.
5. In the window that opens, click on Authenticate.
6. Now, in the window that pops up, log in to your Google Account and click on Next.
7. Once done, click on Save and that's it, you're done.
