I mistakenly chose the wrong Microsoft account for the Teams integration. This particular account didn't have 365 license. So when I tries to do the process again, I no longer was able to select a different Microsoft account, as it kept trying to authenticate that other problematic account I had mistakenly chose. I tried logging in and out of Jotform, and even tried InPrivate browsing, but nothing worked. Need help.

Hi HSSE,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the issue with Microsoft account selection for Teams integration, unfortunately, there is no direct way to revert the chosen Microsoft account within Jotform once it has been authenticated. The system keeps trying to authenticate the previously selected account.
Here’s how you can try to resolve this:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies to remove any stored authentication tokens.
- Use a different browser or device to attempt the integration again, ensuring no cached credentials interfere.
- Log out of all Microsoft accounts in your browser before starting the integration process again.
If these steps don’t work, you might need to disconnect the integration from your Microsoft account side or revoke permissions for Jotform in your Microsoft account settings, then try again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
