Help setting up AI Agent buttons below the greeting Image 1 Screenshot 20I want my AI agent to give the 2 button up top but I do not know how to create them or what they are called. Because Creating buttons only has redirect option. But For my agent I want to Redirect only for Fill form Manually. For Fill form in chat, I want the AI agent to start conversation. So can you tell me how to create the first 2 buttons. I can see till now they are auto generated

    Hi Cleverads,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Actions feature, which works the same way as the conditions in regular forms. Since your AI Agent already has the buttons, let me walk you through setting up the Actions for both of them to work:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, in the navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
    2. Next, select Actions in the menu on the left side of the screen.
    3. In the When section, type clicks on the Fill Form in Chat button, then click on Add. Help setting up AI Agent buttons below the greeting Image 1 Screenshot 70
    4. Then in the Do Dropdown menu, select Fill Form.
    5. After that, select the form you want filled out in the Form Dropdown menu, and click on Save.Help setting up AI Agent buttons below the greeting Image 2 Screenshot 81
    6. Click on the Add New Action, button in the upper part of the page.
    7. Type clicks on the Fill Form Manually button in the When section, and then click on Add.
    8. Then, select Show Button in the Do Dropdown menu.
    9. Select Redirect to URL in the Button Dropdown menu that shows. Help setting up AI Agent buttons below the greeting Image 3 Screenshot 92
    10. Enter a label for the button in the Text field.
    11. Paste the link to your form in the URL field, then click on Save. Help setting up AI Agent buttons below the greeting Image 4 Screenshot 103

You can test my demo AI Agent here. Check out the screencasts below to see my results:

Help setting up AI Agent buttons below the greeting Image 1 Screenshot 20Hi Mate. Thanks a lot. I need another help. I want my agent to ask scenario based question. Suppose User Selects CPC (Best for Consideration and Driving Traffic), Rather than asking Please provide the click, impression, or views target or budget for the campaign, As the user selected CPC (Best for Consideration and Driving Traffic), I want to ask What is your Click target or budget. If CPM (Best for Awareness and Visibility) is selected, I want to ask What is your Impression target or budget. For CPCV (Best for Consideration and Driving Views), I want to ask, What is your Views target or budget. The Form filled is Click / Impression / Views Target or Budget, And I want the agent to question based on the previous answer, and fill this (Click / Impression / Views Target or Budget) Field and continue to fill the rest of the form.

    9. Add two more DO actions in the same rule:

    • Hide → Views budget
    • Hide → Impression budget
    • Click Save.

+ Repeat for the other choices

    Create two additional Show/Hide rules:

    • IF Buying Type = CPM → Show Impression budgetHide Click budget and Views budget
    • IF Buying Type = CPCV → Show Views budgetHide Click budget and Impression budget

(Optional) Add a safety rule: IF Buying Type Is Empty → Hide Multiple (all three budget fields).

That’s it—your form will now display only the relevant budget field based on the selected buying type.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your form should work as intended. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best!

Ok I will try this out and see how the AI agent reacts to this. If needed any help, I will reach out.

Meanwhile, Can you help me with another thing, I have 2 required fields in my campaign.Name and email. So once I know user wants to fill the form in chat, I want to ask for the first 2 fields together. Like I want the agent to ask, Let's get started. What is your name and email. The Agent should process the answer and validate if the users answer did contain both and then Fill the 2 fields and then continue to ask the rest of the fields one by one.

I have tried multiple times but the I can not get the agent to do this. Let me know if this is possible. Also, can you tell me when will the Summer Sale end? I would not want to miss this
