Hi Script_to_Screen_NZ,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Let me help you with that:
When exporting your report as a PDF, the issue with pages running over and headers appearing on the wrong page usually happens due to the PDF layout settings. To fix this, you can customize your PDF Submission Report using Jotform's PDF Editor:
- Open PDF Editor: Go to your form on My Workspace, click More, then under Data, select Create PDF Document or Open PDF Editor if one exists.
- Adjust Layout: In PDF Editor, you can rearrange fields, add page breaks, and customize headers to ensure each page is correctly separated.
- Save and Export: After adjusting, save your changes and download the PDF again. This should keep the pages and headers properly aligned.
This approach ensures your data is viewed on the correct pages without overlap.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Script_to_Screen_NZ,
We tried exporting a report from our sample report as a PDF, but we couldn't replicate the issue you described with pages running over each other or headers appearing on the wrong page. This suggests the issue might be specific to your report's layout or settings.
Also, the link to your report has already expired, and unfortunately, the screenshot you mentioned did not upload successfully. Could you re-upload the screenshot? This will help us see exactly what is happening and allow us to try replicating the issue from our end to provide a more accurate solution. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Script_to_Screen_NZ,
I have looked at the screenshot you sent, but I cannot find any header in the wrong page. Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
