We have 108 items in the drop down. Everytime someone completes a form, he should be assigned one of the 108 items randomly.

Have tried several options including random character widget, calculate widget etc but its not working.

PLEASE HELP. We want to natively do that within jotform.

    Hi jetnjsecretary,

Currently, Jotform doesn’t currently have a built-in feature to randomly assign an item from a dropdown list upon form submission. The available widgets, like the Random Value Generator or calculation fields, can generate random numbers or strings, but they can’t directly select a random option from a standard dropdown field.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate i t.
