Forms: Disabled form still being accessed

I have disabled last years application, but people are still able to access. How do I make sure this is not continuing?

Are you referring to this form? I can confirm that this is currently disabled. If this is not the correct form, can you provide the form URL? Also the Submission ID if someone was able to submit an entry on your disabled form.
