How to restore deleted Forms that is no longer in Trash folder

I am trying to restore a form that we accidentally deleted. It is no longer in the trash. Here is the link. Is there any way possible to restore this form.

I know it cannot be restored by me the user, but is there a way a support person can restore it

Note that deleted Forms are purged after 30 days from the deletion date. If it is within 30 days, you can restore them from the Trash folder. Since you have mentioned that it is not in the Trash folder, it is possible that you have already purged or deleted the Form from the Trash folder, or it is already past 30 days, then you will not be able to restore the Forms.
