My workspace tiles containing my tables, apps, and forms has disappeared. AI is not helpful. Uploading a screenshot using a pdf does not work. JPG is attached. This has been very frustrating.

No, it is not located under products. I opened that tab and NONE of my tables, forms and apps are there.

Can you try logging into your account on another device, browser, or in incognito mode and check if the issue happens again? I also tried checking it on my end, and the options are available. Check out the image below:
Can you also send us a screen recording so we can check the issue you experienced on your end? You can use Loom, or any screen recording platform so we can check further.

Hi Elizabeth,
From the screenshot you shared, it looks like you’re not logged in to your account, which is why your workspace tiles such as My Tables, My Agents, and My Forms are missing. Please log in by clicking the Login button at the top-right of the Jotform homepage and entering your account email address and password.
I checked the account under egarosi@sierracollege.edu and confirmed that the forms, tables, and app are still there. You can also view your account assets by using the Type menu and select All. It's easy, let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Type menu in the top-right corner.
- Select All to see all associated assets.

I clicked on MY WORKSPACE, but I don't see 'TYPE MENU'. See screenshots.

The screenshot that you have provided wasn't posted here. Are you replying via email and attached the screenshot? If yes, you will need to access this thread and post the screenshot directly. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Elizabeth,
I have checked the screenshot you've shared, and I can see that you're on viewing your Tables under your Workspace page. To view your forms, you can select Forms from the Type menu. Let me walk you through it:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Type on the upper-right side of the page.
- Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Forms.

Yes, I am aware of the Type box and the filters. In the first screenshot in the first request of this ticket, there is a picture of TILES displaying My forms, My tables, My apps. The red dialogue box below is where I usually pull up the tile display. Does this make sense?

The Listing Picker feature has been disabled for approximately half of Jotform users at this time and will be fully removed in the near future. This change is part of our ongoing updates to streamline features, improve performance, and ensure a more consistent user experience across all accounts.
Now, we suggest using the Type menu instead, as shown in your latest screenshot, since it offers a similar functionality and will allow you to continue working without interruption.
