Hello,
I am trying to transfer the form "Lexington County HWC Forms" but I keep getting the same message ("You can’t transfer forms that are connected to other Jotform products.") after making sure I identify and remove connections to other JotForm products. Which looking at my account there are no connection in which should prevent me from doing so. So far today I have transferred two forms successfully to the recipients email: handlewithcaresc@gmail.com
I need assistance thank you!

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
The message you’re seeing means the form is still connected to other Jotform products, which prevents transfer. Even if you don’t see any connections, some integrations or widgets might still be linked.
To resolve this, please double-check all integrations, widgets, and connected apps on the form. Removing any remaining connections should allow the transfer.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Jotform Support

Hi Thomas,
Since you’ve already checked for connections, please ensure the form is not linked to any AI Agent, Workflow, Jotform App, or included in Tables, Boards, or Sentbox elements. These connections can sometimes be hidden and prevent transfer.
Removing any such connections should allow the transfer to proceed.
Let me know if you need further clarification.
Best regards, Jotform Support

Hi Thomas,
Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Thomas,
I tried to access the form's Table but still getting a message Access needed. I've shared a screenshot with you below for reference:
Can you double-check the Jotform Support Access option if it was enabled? If yes, can you capture a screenshot of it and share it with us? Giving access to us will help our investigation into which other products are connected to the form that prevents transferring it to another Jotform account.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Thomas,
Unfortunately, we still can't access your account. Can you try toggling OFF and toggling back ON the Jotform Support Access so we can try accessing your account?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Thomas,
I have reviewed your form and see that it is connected to your App and AI Agent. The form should not be connected to any other products so you can be able to transfer it. Refer to this guide for further information about it.
You can remove the form connection from your App and AI Agent and after that, try to transfer your form once again. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. In the Transfer Form section, click on Transfer Form.
5. Next, enter the Authentication Code that is sent to your email address, and click on Verify.
6. In the window that opens, tick the box next to the name of the form you want to transfer.
7. In the New Email Owner’s Email Address field, enter the email address of the account that you want the forms to be transferred to.
8. Now, click on Transfer Form.
Keep in mind that you can only send one form transfer at a time. You can also cancel the current transfer request. Let me show you how:
1. While you are still on the Data page, click on the View Details button in the Pending Transfer section.
2. Then, click on Cancel Request.
3. Finally, click on Yes, Cancel.
Once the forms are transferred, the owner of the account receiving the forms will get an email notification. From that email, they can click on the View Transfer button, then click on Accept to complete the transfer. Check out the screencast below:
Don’t forget that the form(s) you’re transferring shouldn’t be connected to Jotform products like Jotform Apps, Jotform Store Builder, or Jotform Workflows. If they are, remove those connections first.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Thomas,
I checked your form, and it's still intact with the deleted AI Agent. Keep in mind that even though you deleted your Agent, it will remain in the trash for 30 days. That's why you can't transfer the forms; they are still connected to the AI Agent in your Trash folder. To fix, you need to purge the Agent permanently. Let me show you how to do it:
In My Workspace, click on Trash folder on the left side of the screen.
Hover your mouse on deleted agent and click on the Purgebutton.
A modal option will appear, click on the Confirm button.
After you successfully delete your Agent, try clearing your browser's history and then attempt to transfer the forms again.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this
