Hello! I've tried everything to get this form https://form.jotform.com/251547477286166 to work with PayPal, but no one is able to submit a payment. I have successfully done this in the past, so I'm not sure why it isn't working this time. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Amanda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try to disconnect the current payment integration, and reconnect it again? I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh the form. Make sure to follow this guide on How to Integrate Your Form With PayPal. Also, based on your screenshot, it looks like the issue is with your PayPal account settings. If the issue persists, you may have to reach out to PayPal to see if there's any known issues in your account on their side.

Thank you for the quick response. I was able to get Google Pay and Apple Pay to work using PayPal, but not just PayPal Payments. I removed and added it several times. I will use this workaround for now and figure out a way for people to let me know if they need alternative payment options, such as Venmo. I am not sure what is happening.

    Hi Amanda,

Since Google Pay and Apple Pay are working through PayPal, but the PayPal Payments option itself is not functioning despite reconnecting it multiple times. Make sure your PayPal account is a verified Business account, as this is required for the integration to function correctly. Also, double-check that your PayPal integration settings are set to Live Mode rather than Sandbox. Finally, review your PayPal account for any limitations, restrictions, or security flags that could be preventing payments from being processed.

If the issue persists, it might be related to PayPal account settings or restrictions on their side, so contacting PayPal support could provide further insights.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I think I've got it working. Fingers crossed! I was able to get two people to try it. Could you take a look and let me know if it looks correct?

    Hi Amanda,

Glad to hear you were able to get it working for a couple of test submissions! I checked the form, and the PayPal integration appears to be set up correctly the payment field is connected, and the credentials are in place. If your testers were able to submit without errors, it’s a good sign the issue is resolved. I’d still recommend doing one or two more real or sandbox submissions yourself to confirm the process works consistently before sending it out widely.
