Jotform Mobile: Cross-Site Requests not allowed error message shows up when opening forms with Product List on them

Hi, I get a "Cross-Site Requests not allowed" pop-up when I try to open an Assigned form via Jotform app. It only happens with the "ANZ Cabin Inventory Order Form". The rest of my Assigned forms works fine. One of our users brought it up and I confirm it happens on my personal jotform login too. How do I fix that for my users?

    Hi Unyoked,

I tested a clone of your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

It seems to me that only my forms that are offline are the only ones that can be used in kiosk mode. All my other forms require to be online for the payment section of my form and so it’s requiring it to kick over to the internet which then displays this message. Hopefully Jotform can get this fixed quickly.

    Hi Michele,

Just to add to the point about offline forms and kiosk mode some elements, like payment sections, still need an internet connection to work properly. Since online payment gateways can’t function offline, forms that include them may show errors when the app tries to connect to the internet. Our Developers are still working through this one, and we truly appreciate your patience while we get it sorted.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

I’ve run into similar quirks before, and you’re right—it usually only pops up with specific forms rather than across the board. That suggests the issue isn’t your device or login but how that one form is handling embedded elements, particularly the product list. Sometimes tweaking the form settings or clearing app cache helps, but other times it’s tied to how the Jotform app interprets cross-site requests in mobile environments.

Custom solutions for your business needs often go beyond what off-the-shelf tools provide, since they rarely cover 100% of your workflows. Developers can step in to build tailored fixes that align with your exact processes, which is why many businesses consider collaborating with when they need reliable, competitive advantages. For now, you might want to test the same form in a browser versus the app—if it works in one but not the other, that points to a platform limitation rather than the form itself.

    Hi Unyoked,

Our support team has confirmed this issue and escalated it to our Developers. The good news is that this bug has been resolved in version 2.12.16 of the Jotform Mobile App. To fix the problem, update your Jotform Mobile app to the latest version. Additionally, note that forms with payment sections require an internet connection to function properly. Offline forms work in kiosk mode, but payment elements need to connect online, which can cause errors if offline.

In some cases, clearing the app cache or adjusting form settings may help. Also, testing the form in a browser versus the app can help determine if the issue is platform-specific.
