    I can see only one form in your account https://www.jotform.com/form/210760540125545 where you have integrated the PayPal payment field.

    If you are asking whether JotForm charges you for using the PayPal payment field on your form, then the answer is NO.

    JotForm does not charge users for using any of our integrated apps, payment fields.

    However, regarding the form, you need to connect it to your PayPal account to accept payments via the form. Any processing fees will be charged only by PayPal if there are any.
