The Jotform platform is excellent, however the user experience is greatly dimished as each screen has multiple popups. From advertising to Podo, they are unwanted and unnecessary. They detract from the core function of Jotform.

How can all these popups be turned off?

    Hi Drlawrenvet,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding the popups on the Jotform platform, currently, there is no option to completely turn off all popups such as Podo or advertising popups, as they are part of the platform's interface. However, you can try using browser settings or extensions that block popups to reduce their appearance.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Having Podo write a response saying 'sorry, you are stuck with me' isn't acceptable. This greatly diminishes the value of the platform, and I hope a human reads this.

    Hi Drlawrenvet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you elaborate further or share screenshots of the pop-ups and the elements you'd like to prevent from appearing on your account? This'll help us understand what you're referring to and allow us to assist you further.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Raymond,

This takes up a bunch of screen real estate, especially when working on a laptop. Any accidental mouse-over, and it popus back up. It makes it difficult to get things done that we use on a regular basis.

    Thanks,

    Jon

Thanks Raymond. The platform works excellent, and is a breeze to use. The new popups are detracting from the user experience and slows down our workflow. The same is with the new 'Workspace' tabs. This seems like guiding the Lilly, and it really isn't adding any functionality, only friction to get stuff done.

Is there any movement on this? Podo is distracting to the point of taking away from the usability of the platform. This is a VERY STRONG NEGATIVE for us as a user.

Podo is still there. I hope Jotform reconsiders the mandatory participation of AI in the user interface. It is still very distracting and slows down our workflows.
