I want the people to receive a copy of their completed form

I want the people who complete the Personal Introduction form to receive a copy of their completed form. This is my 2nd request for help. I have changed the settings as instructed the first time in Advance, but the new submission is still not being sent to the person. I tested it with myself and did not get a completed form, just a blank form. Can you help please? Thank you, Donna

Hello Donna,
You are currently using a custom sender email by SMTP. Did you receive the notification or not at all? I've tried sending a test on your SMTP settings, and it says SMTP error. Please verify and correct that. Here's our guide to edit your SMTP settings:
If that won't work, try changing your password for Gmail. I got the same issue yesterday, and I fixed it by changing my password.
In the meantime, revert your sender to noreply@jotform.com. That should work.

Help, I have tried to follow your directions and do not know how to set it up again. I’m not sure what changed. This worked before. I can’t figure out how to use noreply@jotform.com either. Hello Donna,
I see you've already sorted this out. You are now using noreply@jotform.com as the sender email, and I see you have also deleted the custom sender email.
