Does creating a form automatically go to your App

Does creating a form automatically go to your app? I made the form, but I can't add it to the app I'm making.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do note that the created forms can't go automatically to the Apps unless you add them to your app via the Form element within your App. Let me show you how

1. In Apps Builder, and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, add the Form element to your form.
3. Select the created Form/s and click on Add Forms.

Also, you can use the Button element from the basic elements to direct the users to your form:

1. In Apps Builder, and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, add the Button element to your form
3. Click on the Gear icon to open the Button Properties.
4. In the menu on the right side of the page, click the Open Form in the Button Actions and select your form.
