I use this widget on a couple different forms. I cloned one of those forms and started making changes and all of the sudden that widget isn't working. If you try to preview the form or go the the actual live jotform link, the form is pretty much blank. If you remove the tab widget it works fine. I added the widget back and it stopped working again. I also cloned that form and it doesn't work on the clone either. The form I'm having issues with is "Score Campaigns & Content." The widget is still working correctly on my old forms - "Score with CLC" is one of the forms that uses that widget and is working correctly.

Hi CLCKC,
I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Any word on this? I tried to start from scratch but the tab widget isn't working at all. This is more of a user guide than a form, so I need people to be able to click those tabs up top to easily navigate to what page they need to be on. If this isn't going to be working any time soon, is there another widget that can help me achieve the same goal?

Hi CLCKC,
Unfortunately, there hasn't been any updates yet. I understand that this is taking longer to solve than expected. We need just a bit more time to come up with a solution. We’ll get back to you as soon as I have one.
At the moment, we don't have other widgets that can give you similar results. But, the Section Collapse element helps organize the items within a form, which you already utilize. With that said, you can remove the widget for now, and rely on the Page Break and Section Collapse elements of your form. Another option is to change your form's layout to Card Form, since it allows jumping between cards. See following screencast for example:
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution. -

Is there any update on this as I have had this stop working on my form as well suddenly as well.
I thought it was my form but in creating in another account and seeing this clearly something is wrong with the widget.

Sooooo it has been 6 months since I first made this ticket... do we have a way to use tabs on a form yet?

Hi CLCKC,
Can you move the widget to the end of your form while we try to fix this issue? This will make the widget work as it's supposed to work for now. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click and hold the widget and move it to the end of your form.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this.
