Previously, securing signed speaker agreements was a time-consuming process involving multiple emails, manual tracking, and delays in receiving essential materials.
Solution
To overcome these challenges, Alessandra Torre created a comprehensive speaker agreement form using Jotform. The form streamlines the process by addressing compensation details, participation guidelines, acceptable content policies, and cancellation terms. It also collects vital speaker information, including headshots, social media handles, bios, and websites.
