With over 2,000 students accessing the English Cafe, Hanseo University faced the challenge of efficiently organizing and managing student appointments. The reservation process, which was previously manual, was becoming overwhelming and disorganized.

Conditional logic ensured that students could only book available times on specific days, and each student received an autoresponder email with their booking details.Results
