3. Licensed/Authorized dealers of commercial products must provide proof of such authorization.
4. Selling products for which you are not a licensed/authorized dealer will not be permitted.

6. ARTS & CRAFT VENDORS - Products must be at least 50% handmade.
7. No electricity will be provided due to the event's use of the outlets. We will provide globe lights for each tent. Any additional lights provided by you must be battery-powered.
8. Vendors are required to provide their own tent. No bigger than a 10x10, unless paying for two spaces.
9. Products sold must not contain displays or insinuate (but not limited to) drugs, alcohol, profanity, or sexual content. MSW reserves the right to determine the interpretation and inclusion of certain products.
10. ALL products, merchandise, literature, etc., given out must be taken by individuals who visit your booth! We ask that you do not walk through the crowd handing out items... it ends up on the ground and adds to the cleanup our volunteers are left with.

12. Vendors can not begin to tear down until 9:00 pm unless authorized by Main Street Wauchula staff. Early teardown will result in forfeiture of participation in future events.
13. Student Vendors are held to the same standard as adult-run businesses. Please be sure to read through the above (relay to the student if you are the guardian).
14. Vendors preparing food on-site must provide the appropriate license(s).
15. Any vendor selling anything edible or drinkable must provide a Certificate of Insurance (listing Main Street Wauchula, Inc.). This includes Cottage Industry vendors. These vendors' applications will be reviewed and approved based on saturation in products from other vendors and downtown businesses. (Menu/Product list is required.)
16. No longer accepting tumbler or shirt vendors due to limit being reached.
