2 Monitoring Credentials

A dedicated SystemWatch account will need to be created.
Windows Devices – New Domain User Account Needs to be Created. SystemWatch Service Account with "Log on As Service" rights. Username: (Username)* Password: (can be left on the Collector in a text file)*
Linux Devices – SNMP read-only community string configured (default “igt” recommended) Community String if not "igt": (Community String)

3 Firewall Rules

Firewall permit rules are required for monitoring traffic to be transmitted from the collector VM only and be stored securely in the LogicMonitor portal. These rules are subject to change based on services offered. They are listed below

3 Alert Target

The Alert Target email address is used to receive notifications from LogicMonitor. Please provide the email address of a distribution group that allows emails from external sources, or specifically allow "no-reply@igtsystemwatch.com" to receive emails.
