We're so excited that you're interested in joining the Two Good team! To get started with our Work Work Program, we need a little information from you. This helps us understand how we can best support you on your journey.

To be part of our Work Work Program, you'll need to:
- Have working rights in Australia
- Over 18 years of age
- Be open to learning, listening and following directions
- Work well in a team, treating coworkers with respect and support
- Have an interest in hospitality
- Be motivated to work towards financial independence
- Be at least three months sober, with no drug or alcohol dependencies
- Have no physical or mental health concerns that would prevent you from working safely
- Have a competent level of spoken and written English
- Have a Case Manager or Support Worker
- Be available to work at least 15 hours per week (8:45am - 4:30pm; including Friday's)

To be part of our Work Work program, you'll need to be available for at least 15 hours per week, including Fridays for group training. Ideally, you'll be able to work three days—Friday plus two other weekdays.
