2022 was the best year yet for Jotform, and it has a lot to do with the fact that you, our users, were at the center of everything we touched. 🤗 Every one of the accomplishments we’re highlighting here is tied directly to customer engagement in some way.
One of the cool things about looking back on the year is getting the chance to highlight all the new capabilities that may have flown under the radar but are now available to make your workflow easier.

Stellar workflow solutions
Our biggest launch of the year was Jotform Sign — an easy-to-use e-signature solution that allows you to digitize your paper-based signature processes. Jotform Sign was informed by many customer surveys and in-person interviews with you.
Important aspects of Jotform Sign, like the “invite link,” which allows you to copy a link and share a document to collect e-signatures, came about as a direct result of our conversations with users.
Similarly, we developed many key features of Jotform Teams because you wanted a faster way to locate and share forms, tables, and workflows while giving different access and permission levels to colleagues. Enterprise teams can now create shared online workspaces where they’re able to build, organize, and share all of their Jotform assets for better collaboration.
With Jotform Apps, we learned that one of every three apps you created included payment forms, which led to the launch of the Jotform Store Builder. Among its many features, the Store Builder allows you to collect payments for B2C or B2B orders through nearly 30 payment gateways and create apps with multiple product lists (without using a form)!
As experts in information gathering, we know it can be hard to get people to fill out forms. So we expanded our prefill capabilities to save your customers time and increase your conversion rates.
The expanded prefill feature also allows you to use data from different platforms (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, and more) to easily populate your forms/surveys in Jotform.

In 2022, several innovative new integrations and widgets came about from your requests and usage patterns. Some allow Jotform to be used like never before within third-party platforms. We’re excited to announce that over 4.5 million new people signed up for Jotform in 2022. Awesome users like you made these milestones possible:
- Crossed the 1 billion form submission mark
- Created more than 1,750 new templates for you to use
- On pace to conduct over 60 face-to-face user interviews this year
- Shot over 8,600 minutes of video, spanning announcements, customer case studies, and tutorials
- Fielded over 491,000 global customer support requests
- Managed 31 webinars in 2022, with more than 9,700 registrations and over 1,500 questions answered
- Organized Jotformers Week, welcoming more than 170 Jotform employees from 26 different countries
- Opened a new office in Istanbul, now one of six global offices
Thankful for our best year yet
Believe it or not, there were a ton more additions, improvements, and capabilities in 2022. Though there are too many to list, we want to recognize everyone who contributed to making Jotform even better this year.

Hi, The product is great, but I feel that some urgent development is require to make usable in marketplace
1. The app does not update automatically when items are changed or you change messages on the text scroller elements, users have to close the app and restart it.
2. The forms within the app can be translated into multiple languages, which is fantastic, but is useless if your business is using the app to provide users the forms as there is no option to translate the app into multiple languages.
I’m hoping the functionality is in development.
