With the new year right around the corner, there’s never been a better time to think up resolutions that will challenge you to be the best possible version of yourself.
Whether your New Year’s resolution is to enhance your workflow, your productivity, or your personal life, a true resolution will keep you committed to and focused on making the change throughout the year.
But the problem with resolutions is that they aren’t easy to keep. Oftentimes, people get busy, forget about them, or stop caring all together.
The best way to make sure you don’t let up on a resolution is to track your progress through an online form and set up reminder emails so you don’t forget to fill it out.
Our new reminder emails feature will do just that — it’ll help you remember your resolution by automatically sending a friendly ping to your inbox so you’ll have no excuse to not follow through with what you set out to do.
Check out how to get started below.
STEP 1 – Creation
Once you’ve finished your form, and you’re ready to share it, go to the Publish panel, select the Email tab and click on the Reminder Email option. This is where you will manage reminder emails for your form. If you haven’t set any reminder emails, we’ll start you out with a template.
STEP 2 – Email
In the Reminder Email section, you’ll be able to customize the email text and set properties such as recipient and sender.
STEP 3 – Schedule
This is the fun part! Schedule your reminder email. There are tons of options to suit your needs — frequency, arrival time, end date, and more.
Now you’re ready for the challenges the new year will bring. Team Jotform believes in you to keep the promises that you’ve made to yourself. ♥️
Now go get ’em, Tiger!

NVM - I see it's under Publish & not Settings > Email. I never saw the Email options under Publish before!

Why don't I see this option on my forms?

Great feature! One question - if you set up a single reminder to multiple recipients; will the reminders stop once a recipient completes the form? Or will they all continue to receive reminders (regardless of form submission) until the system reaches the expiration date?
