New PayPal subscriptions feature for Jotform Enterprise

The Jotform Enterprise integration with PayPal Business has a new subscription payments feature. If your organization uses PayPal Pro, now is a great time to switch to PayPal Business to collect regular, online payments from donors or customers.

In addition to the advanced security features provided by the Jotform Enterprise platform, your organization can now conduct repeat transactions through a trusted name in payments: PayPal. Merchants who use PayPal experience up to a 46 percent higher checkout conversion*, so let’s dive into how to set up both the PayPal Business integration and the subscriptions feature.

How to set up subscriptions using a Jotform Enterprise integration with PayPal Business

If you’ve already integrated your form with PayPal Business, skip to the next step. If not, select the form you wish to use to collect subscription payments or donations. Click Settings, then click the Integrations tab on the left. Enter PayPal in the search bar, and then select PayPal Business.

The integration process will take you through a series of customization options, such as selecting your currency, payment method, and additional payment gateways. Under Payment Type, make sure to select Subscriptions.

Once your integration is complete, your form integrations page will display a green checkmark in the upper-left corner of the PayPal Business icon.
