Rhinogram uses Jotform Enterprise to streamline thousands of patient intake forms for a variety of practices, from pediatrics and orthodontics to women’s health and neurology. Healthcare providers partnered with Rhinogram can set up custom reminder schedules for forms, guaranteeing that they receive up-to-date and accurate patient information.
Once patients complete the forms, their information is automatically integrated into the healthcare provider’s preferred electronic health record (EHR) system, which keeps all patient information secure. This system creates a central space for all patient documentation and clinical information. And the best part? It’s all done through text messages that link directly to the appropriate form, making the process even more efficient.
“Joform Enterprise is doing everything we need to be done in order to accomplish what we are looking to do,” says Powell.
If a patient doesn’t complete a form or fills it out incorrectly, automated nudges prompt them to update their information. If a healthcare provider doesn’t receive the patient’s information in time for their appointment, Rhinogram can share the forms with the provider to access on their own device, so the patient can complete them in person.
This streamlined process leaves little room for error, unlike outdated PDF or paper forms, which many practices relied on previously. As a result, patients spend less time completing paper forms in the office.
“When you go to the doctor’s office, you’re going to spend at least five minutes literally just filling out those forms,” explains Powell. “With roughly 30,000 forms sent on a monthly basis, that’s a saving of over 3,000 hours right there.”
The impact is huge, not only in terms of efficiency but also in the time it saves. That time saved can be applied elsewhere, giving healthcare professionals more time to focus on their patients instead of paperwork.
Rhinogram seeks to expand its clientele even further and has recently moved into the dental medicine sector, recently partnering with the third-largest dental organization in the country. By using Jotform Enterprise, Rhinogram is maximizing its productivity and time savings to expand its network and generate more revenue.
