    Hi there!

Salesforce multi-select fields are semi-colon delineated. When I send multiple choice values over to Salesforce, there appears to be a space delineation.

Can you help me understand what my options are for integrating these field types?

I am integrating from a multiple choice field into a text field in Salesforce. I would expect to see semi-colon delineated values. For example, "White;Black or African American;[etc]"

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can try merging the options by assigning values in each one of them and then passing it to a Form Calculation widget. After that, map that calculation widget in Salesforce.

When assigning values, you need to add a comma at the end of each option. Here's a user guide on how to assign values and here's a user guide on how to use the Form Calculation widget.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
