We have a workflow where applicants submit an Interview form and then staff review the interview and submit an Interview Evaluation form with an approval status. In the workflow, it then branches and in the "Passed Interview" branch, a form email is sent to the applicant so they can submit the next form in the process.
We want to delay the sending of this form email so that all applicants who passed their interview will receive the form email on the same date, regardless of when they were approved/passed.
I can see how you can delay sending in form-based email settings, but I don't see these same settings in a workflow based form/email step.
Is there a way we can accomplish this somehow??
Here's our workflow: https://www.jotform.com/workflow/232405838563157/build
Thanks

Hi ChooseU,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you want to be able to set the date and time just like the Send Emails Later function for the email with the form link, so you can send it on the same date after determining if the form filler has passed or failed. Please clarify if this is what you meant.
If it is, unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. Whenever the conditions are met in the Approval Workflow, the set emails are automatically sent away to the recipients. If this is not the case, please explain the question a bit more, so we can get a better understanding.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi ChooseU,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi ChooseU,
We're excited to introduce the Pause element in Jotform Workflows, giving you the power to schedule timing right inside your workflow and control exactly when the next step happens! Here’s all you need to do:
1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
2. Then, in the menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom of the list and drag and drop the Pause element to add it to your workflow.
3. In Workflow Builder, click on the Pause element and then click on the Gear icon on the right side of it to open Pause Properties.
5. Then, select your date and time in the calendar that opens under the Dropdown menu.
1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.
2. Then, in the menu that opens, click on the Email element to add it to your flow.
3. Hover your mouse over the Pause element, click on the Dot that appears around the edges of it, and drag the line to the Email element.
Also, the workflow can be resumed earlier if the owner ends the pause manually.
1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the Paused action on the top-right side of the page.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, select Continue.
