How to customize the Invite Email message?

Please direct me to where I can change <globally on this form> the email that is sent out to people who I want to fill out my form. People keep emailing me and calling me to make sure it is from me. I need to personalize it with our logo, etc.

The only thing I've found is what I've snipped... and that has to be done as they go out. I would like to prepare an email every one can get.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you need to customize the Invite Email message, you can do it from the Publish tab in the upper orange bar. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top orange bar.
2. From the left panel, select Email.
3. Click on the Email tab to view the customization options.

As you see, you can edit the text and format it; you can insert links or tables; and you can also add custom code using the source code button:

If you want to create customized Notification Emails that the users can get after submitting your form, you can do it from the settings tab. Let me show you how to set that up:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email.
• Next, select Autoresponder Email.
• Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form.

If you are referring to other emails, please clarify more in order to help you. In that case, we will need a screenshot of those emails, and let me know how your form fillers are getting those emails.

Using your first example. I want to save my email... the only option there is SEND.

I only need this initial email wording/appearance to be changed. My customers do not recognize this email coming from us.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a way to save the email content in the Share on Email option as it is designed to send emails to your users directly upon creation. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
