I'm struggling with how to make sure my form is connecting and creating an invoice. Supposedly I'm in Sandbox mode... I'm not a developer and don't know how to do this. Yes, I have a Sandbox account but it appears to me that JF is only connected to my real QBO account.
I'd love to be able to create forms inside JF that would create an invoice.

Hi Mabyn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is easy to create your sales invoice for the products sold on your form. You just have you enable this feature from your product list settings. let me show you how:
- Once you’ve set up the Payment Gateway, click the Wand icon to open Payment Settings.
- Click the Invoice tab.
- Toggle Enable Invoice to Yes.
You can enter your business details under the Your Business Details section. The information will appear on your invoices. We also have a guide about How to Generate an Invoice for Your Payment Form that you can check out.
As for your question about using sandbox mode, you will first need to select the test mode when connecting to the payment integration.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
