Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have located your account based on the provided email 2***@g***.com and upon reviewing it, I see that you are currently on the Starter (Free) Plan. Before proceeding, could you kindly specify if you wish to delete this account or if you have another Jotform account associated with a paid plan?
If you are using another Jotform account and wish to cancel the paid plan, please provide us with the username or email associated with that account.
If you want to delete your current account, please be note that this action will permanently delete all of your forms and data. Here are the steps to proceed with the account deletion:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar at the top right corner of your screen.
- Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.
- On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
- Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
- After that, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward.
