Unable to change form's URL

    I can't change the

    url I need some help.

    Please help fix that

    Hi Marcel,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to completely change the form's URL, if so, that's not supported. Only certain parts of the URL can be changed as mentioned here (How to Create a Custom URL for Your Form). The format of a custom URL looks like this:

    https://form.jotform.com/{username}/{custom_url_slug}

    Here's an example:

    https://form.jotform.com/Billy_G/customer_survey_2023

    If you're still having an issue changing the form's URL, can you share with us how you're doing it and which part of the URL should be modified? You can use Loom for that.
