Hi Tim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can do that with the Form Calculation widget. Can you send us the form URL that you're working on so that we can provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to do this in your form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thanks Ericson,

We're trying to display the last line > Gross Profit %
The formula we'd like to use is:
(Total Revenue-Cost of Goods Sold)/ Total Revenue*100
Thank you,
Tim

Hi Ericson,
I couldn't get the Gross Profit to match my calculator answer.
Here are a couple of other formulas that may work
Gross margin formula
The formula for gross margin percentage is as follows:
gross margin = 100 × profit / revenue
(when expressed as a percentage). The profit equation is:
profit = revenue - costs
so an alternative margin formula is:
margin = 100 × (revenue - costs) / revenue

Hi Tim,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you share an example of what you are putting in the form and how you are calculating it on your calculator so we have a better idea of what's going on and how to help you with this? It will be great if you share a screenshot showing this.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi timkeenan75,
Thanks for getting back to us. You will need to add a parenthesis to encapsulate the minuend and the subtrahend. This is how it should look in your Gross Profit % field:
Give this a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi again, timkeenan75.
I checked what you did on the field and noticed that it's not set to as integer but as text. Notice the difference between the dark grey color from my screenshot versus what you have on your field's formula:
In any case, I have made the change for you and this is how it results now using the sample computation from the purchase order cover sheet screenshot that you shared with us:
