Captcha is appearing when submitting a form

    Form Name : LBSAT Submission Form

    Issue: Captcha ia appearing while submitting Form, which is irritating, confussion creating. Captha is not set by us and we dont need this.

    Please give us support for this issue.

    Hi printpoint62,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Captcha appears when there's an unusual number of submissions from the same location. I checked your account but couldn't find a form with that name. Can you let us know the URL of the form so we can check it? This page will show you how to get your form's URL.

    1. In Form Builder click on Publish.
    2. Click the Copy Link button.

    Try to send the submission on a different device or a different internet connection/ISP. If the issue happens again after using a different device and internet connection, take a screencast whilst the issue happens and include it in your reply.

    Thanks for getting back to us. After checking the form you have provided us, I have cloned the form to try and replicate the issue. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue you were having. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    We'll be able to move forward once we hear back from you.

    Hi printpoint62,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If the captcha is still appearing when a user submits the form, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. To decrease the likelihood of spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used. Please note that the captcha is an anti-spam feature and it usually appears when the system detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a certain IP Address in a short period of time. 

    To fix this, you can wait for around 10-20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, and possibly get a different IP Address. But since you're on a paid plan, I have also whitelisted your account to remove the captcha when submitting the form.
