Can tables be assigned to the same folders are the corresponding forms, with option to move the tables to their own "folders"?

Hi bgatewood,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Brian,
We are thrilled to announce our new implementation Labels which enables organizing all asset types in your workspace! With labels, now you can categorize different types of assets into a single category. Different from the Folder structure, multiple asset types (Forms, AI Agents, Tables, Apps, Sign Documents, Workflows, Reports, and Boards) can be labeled. Also, a single asset can have multiple labels. Check the screenshot below to learn how labels work:
1. Creating Labels:
- In My Workspace page, click on Add Label in the menu on the left.
- Enter a name for your label.
- Then click on the Three Dots icon to customize it.
- You can create a new asset under that label by directly clicking on Create.
2. Adding Labels to Assets
- To label your assets, go to your Workspace, and click on the asset.
- Then click on Label as on the top of the page.
- You can select multiple assets at once and add a label.
- You can also select one asset and add multiple labels.
3. Creating Sublabels
- Click on the Three Dots icon next to your label.
- Then click on Add Sublabel.
You can create maximum number of 100 labels and maximum 4 sublabel levels in depth.
We deeply appreciate your continued support and insightful feedback, which have played a vital role in this improvement. We invite you to explore the new Label structure and share your thoughts. Your feedback is greatly valued and will help us keep making Jotform better.
