    Hi Latricia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can download your signed document and send it to non-Jotform users. Let me show you how:

    • In Sign Builder, click on the Downward arrow icon next to the Sign Builder text on the top left side of the page.
    • Select Inbox.
    • Click on Download Signed Document on the top right side of the Inbox page.

    Now you can redirect Jotform Sign responses to other users' via their email addresses.
