how do you clear the mobil app cache please

Hi Andy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don't have a separate option to clear mobile app cache. Since the forms are in your Jotform account, you can clear the the form cache by following the instruction in this guide and this will resolve any temporary cache issues for your forms.
If you are having some issues with the Jotform mobile app then make sure the mobile app is updated to the latest version. Usually this resolves any temporary issues with the mobile app.
